Using this site, booking a call, or chatting with our website assistant does not create a client relationship; that begins only when both you and Velocity Tax Group sign an engagement letter. Our website chat assistant ("KevinAI") is an AI assistant, clearly labeled as such — it can answer general questions and help you schedule a call, and it does not give tax advice or make determinations about your taxes. A credentialed human professional makes every substantive determination for our clients.
SMS program terms — TaxApp Notifications
Velocity Tax Group's "TaxApp Notifications" program sends service messages to clients who opt in — for example document upload requests, appointment reminders, and account status updates.
- Opt-in: clients provide their mobile number in our secure client portal during engagement onboarding and consent in their engagement letter. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us through our contact page.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking and scheduling
Calls booked through this site are consultations, not engagements. Please provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and, where applicable, remind you of your appointment.
